How long will my order take? +
Ready-to-ship pieces leave our Lehigh Acres studio within 2–3 business days. Standard US delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after that; express orders arrive in 1–2 business days.
What is your return policy? +
We accept unworn, unwashed pieces in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Write to contact@carranzawesternwear.shop with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Leather pieces and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
How do I find my size? +
Every product page includes a fit note and the model’s height and size. Our pieces are cut with a relaxed, lived-in fit; if you’re between sizes, write to us with your measurements and we’ll help.
How should I care for leather? +
Wipe leather with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from prolonged rain and direct heat, and condition it once or twice a year. If a piece needs repair, send us a note — we’d rather help you keep it than replace it.
Do you work with stockists? +
Yes, selectively. We partner with a small number of independent boutiques that share our approach to craft and care. Write to contact@carranzawesternwear.shop with a little about your shop and we’ll send our line sheet.
